Is my life really about this?
From the outside, your life works. So why does it feel like it belongs to someone else?
The career, the home, the people who rely on you. Everyone asks a lot of you, and you usually deliver. You have read the books, listened to the podcasts, perhaps had coaching or therapy. And still, the same feeling returns, at work and at home: Is this really it?
Nothing is obviously wrong. That is what makes it so hard to explain. You are not in crisis. You are in a passage, and the roles that carried you for decades are loosening.
Who is this for
You are in your 40s or 50s, accomplished, and established in your life.
You are not looking to burn it all down, but you can't keep going like this either.
You feel exhausted, stretched thin, and rarely have time for yourself.
You feel unheard, even by the people closest to you.
You sense that family patterns, and the stories your culture told you about women, success and money, are still steering your choices.
You have tried many things. You are ready for something that goes deeper.
You are open to depth, symbol and a little mystery.
Three ways to work with me
Most women begin with the circle. Some then continue in individual work or join the group journey. There is no pressure to do more than feels right.
1. The Nilsera women's circle · start here (free)
A live 45-minute online circle each month, offered on a Thursday evening and a Friday lunchtime, with a monthly letter on Substack. A place to be heard by women who understand, without having to explain yourself.
2. Individual psychoanalysis
One-to-one sessions of 45 minutes, online or in person in Zug. We listen to what usually goes unheard: dreams, images, the body, the family and cultural scripts you are still living by. And we make room for play, because what is stuck often loosens there first.
3. Midlife Magic · group journey from September 2027
Three to four months with a small group of women, including three days together in person. The programme is being shaped with the women of the circle during the year. →
“When I joined Gorana’s group, I mainly hoped to grow my network. I am a professional in a global role and a mother of 3; therefore, time is always tight. I have to say that this was one of the best investments I made last year.
